Scientists are encouraged to undertake studies in Bellavista's relatively unstudied environment. More than half of the species of plants remain unidentified, and new families of insects may await discovery.
While the reserve's birds have been identified, little is known about most of their natural history, breeding, etc. And don't forget the mammals, reptiles and amphibians in the area! The research station is available to students and scientists.
Internships are also possible. Further information can be provided upon request. Study groups/programs catered for groups of ages and levels of interest. |
