We just wanted to tell you that Bellavista has definitely been one of the most unique places we've been to during our trip: We had a great time at this nice place with its beautiful rooms, delicious food, very friendly staff and experienced guides who explained everything about nature (please tell Jorge and Juan Carlos that they did a great job). We wish you lots of success for all future projects!

We have just finished a three night, four day visit to your reserve.  We wanted you to know that we were delighted with the accommodation, food and most especially the guided tours.  We saw an incredible number of birds, spectacular scenery and learned so much about this beautiful part of Ecuador and the efforts to conserve it for future generations.   

We feel very grateful to have been in such good hands and to have had the opportunity of visiting such a very special part of the world.  We thank you for these services and the work you are doing.  Good luck with the effort to be recognized by UNESCO.

Just wanted to say thank you for a wonderful time when I stayed with you a couple of weeks ago. The experience of Bellavista was fantastic - from the ease of getting there, the place itself and the walks,  the guides, to the food, accommodation and great company.

Many thanks I will return when I am next in Ecuador.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and were amazed by the quality of the preserve, the lodge, meals and guide services. 

We have just returned home after a wonderful visit to Ecuador and to your lodge.  This second visit was even better than the first.  We thank your staff for making the end of our vacation a most memorable and enjoyable one.

It was a wonderful day which we thoroughly enjoyed,despite the heavy rain in the afternoon.
Your reserve is excellent.Your staff were all most helpfull and the food excellent. We wished that our itinerary would have enabled us to spend a night with you,not only to see the dawn and early birds.

After spending many years in the service industry and travels around the world I can proudly say I know a little about what it takes to meet travelers expectations. The Bellavista, gets 10's across the board in my book from start to finish from Johnny's pickup the first morning to drop off.
 
Special kudos go out to David he is a master of his craft It would be hard to put into words how great he made the adventure in the cloud forest for us and should be recognized for his amazing energy.

Hello;  My wife Rosemary and I just visited bellavista last week and I'd like to take a moment to say thank you.  We really enjoyed our visit to your sanctuary.  Our guide was a delight.  He had a truly likable dispositon to people and answered all our requests.  He knew the names of all the plants, flowers, history and birds we encountered.  He was a delight for us and showed a love of the place.  Please let him know we are looking into shipping back some maple syrup for him and the other people at camp.  Our lodgings in the second story bamboo house was exquisite.  And your arranging for a down pour of rain that took out power to the camp so we could enjoy a gorgeous candlelight meal and evening was nice.  The people we met and the experience we had bellavista was a memorial one for my wife and I.    Thank You Lester and Rosemary Moeller

I just wanted to write and thank everybody at Bellavista for making our stay at the lodge so enjoyable. We were particularly impressed by the way that our requests, for example to go to the zipline in Mindo, were handled with a "sure, of course we can organize that" attitude that is often no longer prevalent in many places in the world. So, thank you, and well done. The morning at the antpitta reserve was also a great success....!

Many thanks for a very memorable experience last week.  As a professional biologist and foreign tourist I was very impressed with the professional approach of staff at Bella Vista who all contributed to my great experiences. 
As someone interested in conservation, education and nature experiences for the masses (often a fine line to tread effectively), I was impressed with the way the guided walks accomplish these important functions.  In particular, I wish to compliment Jorge for his expertise at finding a great diversity of often difficult-to-find bird species, the enthusiastic way in which he did this, the informatin about the birds that he imparted, and the minmum disturbance approach he uses to allow birds to continue with their natural behaviours.
